His name is Mutale Chanda Lupili. He is a Zambian multi-artist; a painter, music producer, graphic artist and a music writer. He was born and live in Lusaka, Zambia. MCL started off musically recording demos and singles in 2002 at Romaside Studio),where he wrote and produced music while there.

He worked with the studio's appropriator and CEO, T.K., Funti K for Eastwood Int., Killian King, Keyson from 2sons, and more.

Until recently he's been working with Tolo, Kekero, J.O.B and a number of up and coming artist.

Professionally, He is a Computer graphic artist.
